Our final-sale policy means we don't accept returns. A warranty is how we still stand behind what we make.

Coverage

Every environe bag, hat and pair of footwear is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship — including:

• Zipper failure
• Hardware defects (buckles, D-rings, snaps)
• Stitching that comes apart under normal use
• Strap or handle failure at the point of attachment

What isn't covered

Normal wear — including the patina that develops on suede and leather, which we consider part of the design, not a defect. Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Cosmetic changes from everyday use.

How to make a claim

Write to hello@environe.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few photos. We'll assess it and, where covered, repair or replace the piece.
